Because of your generosity, we were able to send a tremendous amount of much-needed supplies directly to the people and communities who need them most.

Our hearts are with Perry County.

Our Baltimore office had already begun collecting donations for families impacted by the devastating flooding, and the response from our community has been incredible.

Unfortunately, another round of heavy rain has brought even more flooding — including flooding at the recreation center where many of the donated supplies were being housed.

They need our help now more than ever.

Lew Griffin Insurance is continuing to collect much-needed supplies, and we are expanding our collection efforts to both our Baltimore and Gahanna offices.

Items currently needed include:

-Water
-Fuel cards
-Laundry detergent
-Bleach and cleaning soaps
-Brooms, mops, buckets and other cleaning supplies
-Toothpaste and toothbrushes
-Men’s and women’s deodorant
-Other basic household and personal-care necessities

We are also accepting monetary donations to help with the recovery effort. We will share additional information on those donations as soon as it is available.

To everyone who has already donated, shared information, helped collect supplies, or simply reached out to ask how they can help — thank you.

Please continue to keep the families, businesses, first responders, volunteers, and entire Perry County community in your thoughts and prayers. There is a long road ahead, but this is what communities do: we show up for one another. ❤️

We’re proud to support the community we call home! ❤️

Last weekend, the Lew Griffin Insurance team had a great time at the Vettes, Rods & Classics Charity Car Show — a fantastic event that brings people together while supporting great causes right here in our community.

For us, being a local independent insurance agency means more than helping protect homes, cars and businesses. It means showing up, getting involved and supporting the people and organizations that make Central Ohio such a great place to live and work.
