Our Gadsden Theater has done it again! See the play: The Miracle on 34th Street. A timeless classic that is perfect for a night out during this Holiday season.

If you’ve never seen or heard of it before, it’s about the classic tale of Kris Kringle, a fat, white-bearded gentleman claiming to be the real Santa Claus. During the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, the man hired to play Santa Clause shows up intoxicated. Making Kris to step in as a last-minute replacement. He does so well that the children all believe him to be the real Santa Clause. Further, he helps spread a wave of love throughout New York City, fostering camaraderie between Macy's and Gimbel's Department Stores, giving happiness to a little girl and bringing love to a divorced mother.

Everyone in the office wanted to contribute and share all the things they are grateful for. Next to share is Kyla, there is a lot I could say about Kyla. For now I will just say that she is my sister. Here's what she had to share!

"I am thankful that I get to wake up every day and choose love and stand strong on the hope that I have in my everyday life. There are so many things that we could be negative about day in and day out and even though those things over power us at times I know that I get the choice to make my life a better one. I am thankful for my fiancé and my kids for always wanting me to be the best version of myself every single day. I am thankful for my job and my coworkers for challenging me to learn and grow. There are so many things in this life that I take for granted but I am thankful that I still have the opportunity to take life on and make myself better."

Everyone in the office wanted to contribute and share all the things they are grateful for. The next to share is our resident chef Moni! She states:

"During this month we all ponder on what we are most thankful for. I feel as though we all take for granted what we should be thankful for. I personally am thankful for a lot of different things for all types of reason. I am thankful for my memories, my family, my boyfriend, my friends, my job, and coworkers. I am thankful for memories I continue to make each day regardless of what kind they may be. I am thankful for the family I have and who continue to choose to be in my life day in and day out. I am thankful for my boyfriend who continues to put up with my ranting and yelling about nonsense every day. I’m thankful for my friends and them making time for us to continue growing into our new lives and supporting each other in all the ways we can. Thankful for my job that Brandon gave me a chance to prove I could do something I never thought I was truly capable of. Thankful for my coworkers for making me laugh, challenging me, and pushing my buttons day in and day out. I am entirely thankful for the opportunities I have due to my perseverance and constantly pushing myself each day to become better than I was yesterday."
