We've been receiving quite a few calls regarding emails our customers have been receiving from State Farm. They're related to the historic $5 Billion dividend State Farm declared for our 2025 fiscal year. So yes, the emails are legitimate and yes, you are receiving money back. That's what's so great about State Farm being a mutual insurance company. When we do well, we try to give that back to our policyholders and not send it to Wall Street. If you haven't received an email yet, please be patient. We are issuing around 40 million checks so it's going to take the better part of two months. If you're eligible, you will receive an email or a check. Thank you and have a great day!

Our State Farm office will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25. We hope everyone has a safe holiday as we remember and honor those who served our country. We will reopen on Tuesday during normal business hours.

What a fun morning at a Habitat for Humanity build in Tupelo today. We enjoyed hanging out with our good friends from Shawn King State Farm in Tupelo. The ironic thing was that they had Claire and I installing hurricane straps to hold the roof down during a hurricane. Seems fitting for an insurance agent ha. If anyone wants to get involved with this amazing organization, let us know!

To any of our local volunteer fire departments (Department must be over 50% volunteer; paid on-call is considered volunteer, plus a few other qualifications on this site), please reach out to my office to discuss the $10,000 grants that State Farm is offering to small fire departments. We will be awarding them to 150 different departments across the country (That's 1,5 million dollars). The kicker is that we need at least 10 applications for MS to be eligible. I'm sure we'll get that, but we would LOVE for Northeast MS to get 10 applications in by ourselves. Please share and tag any VFD friends you may have. Applications must be put in from June 4th to June 6th, so only 3 days! Our office would love to help and our goals is to find 10 VFDs in our area to apply. Your help is appreciated!!
