Temporary Office Relocation Notice

Dear Valued Clients,

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding our Fruita office located at 123 E. Aspen Avenue, Fruita, CO.

Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, the building owner will be replacing the sewer lines beneath the building. This construction project is expected to take approximately 15 business days.

During this time, our office will temporarily relocate to:

FWorks Coworking Space
Downtown Fruita Civic Center
325 E. Aspen Avenue, 2nd Floor
Fruita, CO 81521

An elevator is available in the main lobby for easy access to the second floor.

Our temporary office hours will be:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: By appointment only

While the Civic Center is closed to the public on Fridays, we are still available to meet with clients by appointment. Scheduling ahead allows us to meet you at the building entrance and ensure you have access to our office.

As always, we remain available by phone and email to answer policy questions, make policy changes, or process premium payments over the phone.

If you typically stop by to make a premium payment, we kindly ask that you visit us at our temporary Civic Center location during the construction period. If walking into the building is difficult or inconvenient, simply give us a call when you arrive, and we will gladly meet you at your vehicle. We want to make this temporary transition as easy and convenient as possible for everyone.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary relocation. We are incredibly grateful for the support of the City of Fruita staff, the FWorks Coworking Space, and, most importantly, our wonderful clients. Your continued trust and support mean so much to us.
