If anybody knows people in the education field. I would love an introduction!

TRS is the benefits package for schools and the 2024-2025 year benefits just recently came out. The average cost for family health insurance went up almost $200 per month and I've heard that some districts are also reducing their monthly contributions.

The cost to ADD only the spouse is about $850, family (spouse and kids) is roughly $1200 per month on the low end. For those who are healthy enough to qualify, I'm looking at saving HUNDREDS per month on their premiums without sacrificing benefits, and even offering BETTER benefits with lower out of pocket costs.

Teachers typicaly go through open enrollment during the summer, the sooner I can start having conversations the more of them i'll be able to help.

Did you know that the average turnover in the industry is 90% within the first year.

That means there is a 10% chance that when you come to renew your health insurance policy next year, you will have to find a new agent.

I have been in the insurance industry for well over a decade and on the health insurance sales side for over 4 years.

I have always had a passion for helping people, but since joining the agency side, it has become a mission to make sure people have the right coverage for their needs.

MOST agents, when they're starting out, are chasing a paycheck. "Commission Breath" is what we call it in the industry. There is a very good chance that your agent is selling you the coverage that is best for THEM so that they can pay their bills and feed their family.

I've not once taken that approach as I am blessed to have an amazing wife who covers the bills, I have a somewhat unique ability to focus on the customer and what is right for THEM.

Your best option isn't something I sell? I won't get a commission on it? So be it, it's what is right for you.

I believe in Karma, and I also believe a large chunk of that 90% in the first year fail because they're focused on the wrong thing.
