We are looking for a hands-on construction Project Manager to join our growing team and help bring high-quality single-family homes to life in Dallas, Ft Worth, and across the DFW Metroplex. In this role, you will take ownership of residential projects from early planning through final delivery, working closely with our internal team, subcontractors, and trade partners to make sure every home is built safely, on time, and to a high standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage residential, single-family construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate ex*****on.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local/state building codes
Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
Communicate daily/weekly project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record keeping throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Min. 2 years of experience do you have managing ground-up residential multi-family construction projects
2.Experience in ground-up construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
3.Experience in managing residential single-family construction projects.
4.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
5.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
6.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
8.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
9. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
10. Min 2- 3 projects have overseen simultaneously in the past
11. Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
