Ladies and Gentlemen 20TH Century hardcore intense training is returning to the 21st century. I will be hosting workout sessions for all athletes of all ages and gender. I have created a strength and condition routine that I have tested on my own children that helps athletes get to that next level of endurance for their individual sport. For those that don't know me or you might have seen me worki

ng with my kids and the neighborhood kids at various middle schools location mainly Roach in the FISD. Last year CB64 had 8 dedicated individuals that found success in my program. They were able to win the 8th grade middle school championship. I don't take credit for their talent but I do take pride in the fact that they said "Coach thank you for training me". That makes me happy and proud that I had a positive impact on their lives. I'm not stating that your child will have the same success but I will go on record and say that they will be in shape and no one and I mean no one will be able to out work them. "Talent is overrated but a good work ethic will breed a winner". The cost of the training will be a 150.00 per kid and the camp will be three weeks long. We will train Monday - Thursday from 8-12 and NO WEEKENDS. You are able to book weekend sessions separate. But advise weekend rates will apply.
