- Median home price $313K, up 16% year-over-year. Sales under that down 25%; homes over $1M up 81%! (this is what really drags median home price up!)

- First Time Homebuyers down from 32% to 31%.

-Cash is King! Cash buyers increased 2% from 20% to 22%
