🎉 What a year! Despite needing to take time off at the beginning of the year due to an injury, I came back swinging and still exceeded the performance goals I'd set for myself. This industry can be cut throat but I always tell people, "The only person I'm in competition with is myself." I'm constantly trying to evolve and refine my process to offer the best service possible for my clients.

I originate loans to help people achieve home ownership and it's honestly so rewarding to be a small part of someone's larger story. 🎉 Cash is not always king! You've heard it before, “You can't compete with cash offers." Well, we proved them wrong after this client beat out 6 offers, 3 of which were cash. This is how. . .

💲 Strategy: The offer was submitted over asking, knowing that most offers would try to take advantage of the old condition and offer less than asking. But I had educated my client on how monthly payment and cash to close will change at different purchase prices, so he knew increasing the price would still fit his goals.

⏰ Speed: We did it quickly! The closing date was set 3 weeks after acceptance.

📞 Communication: I contacted the listing agent immediately to notify him of the client's strong qualifications and my ability to get the loan closed fast and smoothly. He told the buyer's agent how much he liked this.

👋 Availability: I received a call at 9pm on a Friday night. I was at dinner with a realtor friend, so she didn't mind when I excused myself to take the call. Standing on the sidewalk late at night in Breckenridge, the realtor and I talked through the plan.
