Loan to Value or LTV is the ratio of your loan amount compared to what the property is appraised at. Our LTV is based on a “subject to” style appraisal approach, giving the borrower the opportunity to present a scope of work or repair budget that will be taken into consideration when the appraiser is determining value.

A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is a shorter version of an appraisal, done by a realtor that is familiar with the local housing market but typically doesn’t have access to all information in order to get the MOST accurate value, but has enough information to come up with an estimate.
