As incredible as today was with the official ribbon cutting of my Rocket Mortgage ortgage Office at Pat Griffin Realty, It was also bittersweet because I have not missed a closing with a client in 10 years, and going on simultaneous to the ceremony was the closing of two of the most amazing clients I've had Had the pleasure of working with... SUPER CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH ANN-MARIE AND TONY!!!

Your new home is absolutely beautiful! And it was my absolute honor to work with you on getting your purchase done alongside my incredible Redfin partner; Melissa Morales!!!!

Thank you both for understanding why I couldn't attend your closing, but I was definitely there in spirit and I can't wait to meet you in person and raise a glass and celebrate with you!

Had a lot of fun working with my latest clients on their new home purchase! Oscar & Catalina were looking to purchase a new home for their growing family and had literally spent years searching for just the right one.

And when the right one arrived it was so popular that there were multiple-multiple offers...

Fortunately for them, they were working with the awesome from who got us into the top spot by promising an Ulta-Fast Closing!

And I'm very pleased to say that from Application to Closing table in 13 days, Oscar & Catalina now hold the keys to their brand new home!!!

Wishing you both many years of happiness, and looking forward to hopefully working with you again in the future!!!!

One of the things that I absolutely LOVE about my job is helping someone achieve their dream of owning their first home.
With the help of the always terrific Amanda Cornelius Kuhn from Pat Griffin Realty this morning we completed the closing of my man Brandon's first ever home!!!!
... And we were able to do it with him only needing a 1% Down Payment on Rocket's One+ Loan!!!!

I always say you never want to be House Rich and Cash Poor 😜

Had a really great time today volunteering with the crew from Pat Griffin Realty at The Galveston Food Bank. Over the years I've volunteered at the Houston Food Bank and done the sorting and boxing of the food donations, but today was really cool because I actually got to work the distribution line and help get the food directly to the people.

Then afterwards we all went out to lunch to celebrate a terrific April with Amanda Kuhn winning 'The Rocketeer' award for the month.

Looking forward to an Amazing May with this incredible team!

Y'all be sure to let me know what you think of this year's Rocket Mortgage Superbowl commercial.

I saw it a few weeks ago and I think it was amazing. And last year's spot was pretty hard to beat in my opinion.
