NOW HIRING: Property & Asset Management Associate

Bottom Line is looking for an experienced, highly organized Property & Asset Management Associate to join our team full-time in Fresno, CA.

This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who brings real value to the table, can take ownership of a growing department, and has the ability to support both day-to-day property operations and higher-level asset management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, triple-net properties, property management, asset management, office operations, budgeting, scheduling, financial review, and coordination across multiple properties and projects. Experience in both multifamily and commercial real estate is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, strong at multitasking, dependable, financially sharp, and capable of leading systems, schedules, vendors, reporting, and operations with accuracy and accountability.

This role is designed to grow into an executive-level leadership position for the right person — someone who can help build, lead, and manage the Property & Asset Management department from the ground up.
