✅ Individuals (Form 1040)
• Extended deadline: October 15, 2025

✅ Partnerships (Form 1065)
• Extended deadline: September 15, 2025

✅ S Corporations (Form 1120-S)
• Extended deadline: September 15, 2025

✅ C Corporations (Form 1120)
• Extended deadline: October 15, 2025 (if calendar year)

💰 Quarterly Estimated Tax Payments
• 3rd Quarter (Q3): September 15, 2025

🏢 Texas Franchise Tax
• Original due: May 15, 2025
• Extension options:
• August 15, 2025 (EFT payers first extension)

🚨 Attention Fresno Community! 🚨
We have an important opportunity coming up at the end of April—and your vote matters!

There will be a bill on the ballot that could bring real change to our neighborhood. If passed, this bill would allow Fresno to keep a portion of our sales tax revenue right here in our community. That means more funds for local improvements—and potentially our very own police station!

Right now, when we shop, our sales taxes go elsewhere. Other nearby cities like Sugar Land and Pearland already benefit from this structure. It’s time we do too!

Last November, this same bill didn’t pass—not because people didn’t support it, but because many didn’t even know about it. Let’s change that this time!

If you want change, we have to vote for it.
I’ll be passing out flyers soon—please spread the word and be ready to vote!

Let’s stand up for Fresno. Let’s invest in our future.
