Choosing your Team Part 2
3️⃣ Experience matters — but so does creativity.
Find people who see challenges not as roadblocks, but as puzzles with multiple solutions. Experience teaches us there’s never just one way to make a deal work.
4️⃣ Stay humble and always learning.
After 39 years in the business, I still don’t know everything — and I don’t pretend to. Each transaction is its own animal. When I don’t have an answer, I find someone who does. That’s how we grow, and how we protect our clients.
5️⃣ Share the gold nuggets.
Whether it’s a tip for a smoother close or a little-known cost-saving hack (those “off the menu” specials), sharing what you know builds trust — and helps everyone succeed.
6️⃣ It’s not about rushing to close.
It’s about service beyond the signature — caring enough to look out for clients as you would for a friend, a family member, or yourself.
