Had a blast doing the first half of my first CrossFit comp. I got one more day to go! 🤞🏻 I don’t die! Thanks J.R. And for always pushing me to get better daily, as well as for giving me a great facility to train at.

No excuses!! Always work on perfecting what you do! It could be work, or it could be working out, if god brings you to it, he will get you through it. Two months since joining and eating I’m down 14 lbs and feeling better daily

This is what church looks like at the moment, but I’m forever grateful for where I’m at, and what HIS plan is for my life. We start week 2 today in Philippians and you understand how Paul preaches from a jail, if he can do that in there I can do this here!

All this that is going on in life today and it is a scary time for people, but this is what god reminds us! The best thing you can do as a Christian is let others know god is strongly in control! No matter what the circumstances are, if he brings you to a crossroad, he can take you past anything

As I’m on a prayer call with my church I want to remind my friends and family who believe in Christ to stay strong! Don’t lean on a human understanding I’ll leave you with this. Don’t worry about anything; instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done! Then you will experience God’s peace. Phil 4:6-7
