Mogie’s Irish Pub in Lower Burrell will reopen at 11 a.m. Monday under the leadership of two of the late owner’s children, Kelsie and Connor Magill. Operating hours will be 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 2 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The business has been closed since their father, David “Mogie” Magill was shot and killed outside the restaurant on Dec. 21.
