They will review the policy, discuss the details of the loss, help the customer make an informed decision – and if they decide to file a claim will take the claim. If the client does not decide to file a claim, there is no impact to the policy! 800 252 4633 ask for a Property pre claim Consultant -this service is 8:00am to 6:00 pm M-F – you make leave a request for a call back during normal business hours, if you call during non-business hours.

Hello all!!
As of December 22, 2018 the United States government has been on a shutdown. Since there is currently no estimated time frame for resolution, some insurance companies feel a duty to provide assistance to their policyholders whose jobs are affected by this event.
