📢 We're Hiring! Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Banking Operations (Back Office)

We're looking for an adaptable, hands-on Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Banking Operations to help lead our back-office operations and supervise a small customer service team. This is a key leadership role that helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our bank. What You'll Do:
✔️ Oversee daily back-office operations, including ACH processing, domestic wire transfers, check clearing, and mobile deposit capture.
✔️ Manage general ledger reconciliations, suspense accounts, and resolve balancing issues.
✔️ Lead and support a cross-trained operations team while providing backup during busy periods.
✔️ Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including Reg CC, Reg E, NACHA, and BSA/AML.
✔️ Assist with internal, state, and federal audits.
✔️ Manage relationships with core processors and third-party vendors.
✔️ Experience with Jack Henry CIF 20/20 is a plus.
What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of banking operations experience in a community bank or credit union.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and deposit operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with community bank core systems such as Jack Henry CIF 20/20 or SilverLake is preferred.
