2025 has been a record year for REDCO as we served small businesses across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. This year, we participated in nearly $108 million in capital investments, providing $40 million SBA 504 funding while our lending partners provided just over $53 million, all to help fuel small business growth in the region.
Last week, we spent a wonderful evening celebrating with our board, key partners, and their families. We took time to recognize some of those relationships that help shape our success:
💠Zachary Petry with Tend Capital helped us identify projects in communities that would otherwise go underserved in more rural markets. With his expertise and partnership, we were able to support $9 million in capital investment in Virginia.
💠Caitlin Allison with Bank America was our top lending partner, partnering for just over $11 million in capital investments.
💠Meredith Smith, Adam Hammad, and Matthew Witt with New Horizon Bank were our top lending partners in terms of volume, with 6 projects for a total of $8 million in capital investments.
This year, REDCO also went through a major rebranding and website overhaul. The amazing result is all due to the incredible expertise that Kristin Mills with 1880 Consulting provided us. Thank you, Kristin!
We also reinvigorated our social media presence, and a big thank you goes to Erin Matuczinski, who has done an amazing job of telling our story, highlighting our successes, and providing information about the 504 Program on our behalf.
