This mortgage, had some different twists and turns, so it also made it easier than dealing with someone, we had never spoken to prior. You certainly don’t have to buy now. You should buy when the numbers work for you. But you should at least know your options before making a decision.

Instead of passing it off or leaving me to figure it out on my own, he took the time to guide me through and helped find a solution. That level of support made a major difference.
He was also incredibly proactive when it came to interest rates . in a volatile market, he consistently kept and eye on rate movements and worked hard to lock in the best possible option for me.
