To all my Fed Employee Clients & Friends, I wish all of you excellent health & peace of mind😉 despite all the uncertainty that's in front of us.
I realized that all of you are currently working from home, and my sources tell me that this will continue until the end of 2020.
Many of you are concerned about your TSP because the stock market has been up & down since the beginning of March, I will repeat if your time horizon is 10+ years no need to worry about your TSP. Just stay steady & don't do anything crazy, such as moving all your money to G-Fund or cashing out.
Your TSP is not your today or tomorrow's money, it's for your retirement income.
Since you are home, this is also a great time to review your retirement plans. Make sure that your current plans are still on target. Any questions or concerns, reach out to me for free advice👍

To all my Fed Employee friends, the worst thing you can do when the market is down is to panic and move your money to G Fund. If you are not planning to retire this year, then stay steady with your TSP.

If you decide to move your money to G Fund, and let's say 3 months from now the market starts to recover you will miss out on all the gains.

When shopping for Christmas gifts, create a list of all the people you wanted to buy a gift for. Place a dollar amount on each name, and get the final number. Instead of shopping with your personal credit card, purchase an American Express gift card amounting to your total budget. Use this gift card to shop, when it's maxed out you are Done with shopping. This will stop you from overspending which most people do when using their personal credit card 😉🎄
