Personal Insurance for PennsylvaniaFranklin Insurance Agency, Inc. Jordan Insurance. In 1928, Alvin’s son-in-law, Harry E. Biery, took over the agency and changed the name to Biery Insurance. Biery ran the company providing insurance services to the Franklin area until 1958 when Mr. Biery’s son, Harry E. Biery, Jr. took over the agency. The agency remained in the Biery family and remaine

d a staple of Franklin, Pennsylvania. In 1981, a new era for the company began when MCV, Inc. of Titusville purchased the agency followed by the agency being purchased by D. Charles Graham and David F. Ballard in 1989. This final transition brought us the company we know today as the name was changed to Franklin Insurance Agency. In 1991, Franklin Insurance Agency expanded its offices by purchasing Dolson & Beith Insurance of Franklin. In only two short years, they welcomed the Seneca office of Bush Insurance with a 1993 purchase. Franklin Insurance Agency further expanded in 1996 and 1997 by purchasing Fink Insurance and Prather Insurance. All acquisitions were brought in-house to one central location in the Franklin Insurance main offices. In November of 1997, Franklin Insurance then purchased MCV, Inc. in Titusville, and changed the name to Titusville Insurance Agency, creating a branch to the Franklin location. In 2006, David Ballard purchased all outstanding shares of Franklin Insurance and is now the sole owner. Franklin Insurance Agency Inc. employs 13 full-time employees all of which hold insurance licenses. has earned a reputation for professionalism due to the special attention given to the needs, requirements, and details of their clients while forthrightly complying with the underwriting guidelines and expectations of their carriers.

🚌✏️ SCHOOL’S BACK — SLOW DOWN & STAY SAFE! 🍎📚

With students heading back to school, our roads are getting a little busier! Whether you’re heading to work, dropping off the kids, or just running errands, please keep an extra eye out for school buses, children and crossing zones. 💛

🛑 REMEMBER THE SCHOOL BUS RULES:
• When a school bus has its red lights flashing and stop arm extended, STOP!
• Drivers traveling in both directions must stop at least 10 feet away from the bus.
• Do not start moving again until the red lights stop flashing, the stop arm is withdrawn and all children have reached a safe place.
• On a roadway that is physically divided by a barrier or median, traffic on the opposite side does not have to stop.
• Never try to “beat” a school bus or pass one while its red lights are flashing.

🚸 A FEW MORE BACK-TO-SCHOOL REMINDERS:
• Slow down in school zones and watch posted speed limits.
• Expect children to cross unexpectedly — especially near bus stops.
• Give yourself a few extra minutes during morning and afternoon bus times.
• Put the phone down and keep your eyes on the road. 📵
• Watch carefully when backing out of driveways and parking spaces.
• Be extra cautious around young or new drivers heading to school.
A few extra seconds of patience can make all the difference. ❤️

Now THIS is our kind of peach of mind 🍑😌

Celebrate National Peach Pie Day today with layers of creamy cheesecake, cinnamon peaches, and a buttery brown-sugar crumble. One bite and you’ll understand why this recipe has us feeling peachy! 🍰🍑✨

Preparation: 👩‍🍳
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix the crust ingredients and press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8 minutes.

2️⃣ Combine the peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until thickened. Set aside to cool. 🍑

3️⃣ Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently. 🥚

4️⃣ Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Spoon the peach filling evenly over the center, keeping it slightly away from the edges.

5️⃣ Cover with the remaining cheesecake batter and smooth the top. 🥄

6️⃣ Combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the cheesecake. 🧈

7️⃣ Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, until the edges are set and the center still has a slight jiggle. ⏰

8️⃣ Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. ❄️🍰
