If only he knew he actually CAN use his VA loan if he came to me…

Most lenders require a 620 credit score or higher but the VA doesn’t have a credit score requirement. Since we stick to the VA guidelines, this means that as long as you have 12 months of on time payments, I can still likely get you approved for a VA loan and out shopping for a home!

Credit scores don’t matter… kinda…
Most VA lenders require you to have 700+ credit score to even consider lending to you. At Mortgage Solutions Financial we couldn’t care less. I’ve helped hundreds, if not thousands, of Veterans get into a home even if they have a 550 credit score.
