Our clients had a very unfortunate house fire last month (in this news video) Thankfully and most important there were no injures.
We were able to place them in temporary housing right here in Westhaven while the mitigation and rebuilding process is completed.
One of the greatest feelings as an insurance agent, is knowing you provided our clients with the best coverage through a devastating loss.
Thankfully they took our advice and purchased Guaranteed Replacement cost coverage. The Best Coverage available for homeowners insurance called an HO5 policy. Not available to the State Farm’s, Farm Bureaus of the insurance world. They offer HO3 policies big difference!!!

Eric, a registered principle agent, primarily offers Erie Insurance, which is rated #1 by J.D. Power and Associates in small business commercial insurance and in the top 10 in several other categories.
Eric provides Erie Insurance for small businesses, as well as home owners, life insurance, annuities, umbrella policies and more for individuals.
Eric’s agency also offers products from other insurance companies to ensure that his customers can obtain any insurance they need.
When Eric and his family decided to relocate to Franklin in the summer of 2013, after Eric had nearly two years of success in the insurance industry and a stellar 14-year track record in medical sales, Eric quickly received three job offers in the area. Eric choose to predominantly represent Erie because he had a hard time competing against it, and because Erie provides more individualized care and a higher level of client service than he was able to offer at his previous company.

Laura received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga. She and her husband, Hugh, raised their four children in Cleveland, Tennessee before moving to New York City for four years, and then back to Tennessee in 2016, settling in Franklin. After sampling much of the cuisine around NYC, Laura enjoys the up and coming restaurants of Nashville and Franklin.
As a CSR, Laura has a passion to exceed customer expectations and looks forward to serving the customers of Stewart Insurance Group.
