Meet Kevin Clingan, our Employee Benefits Agent at CS&A Insurance. With more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kevin has dedicated his career to helping businesses build stronger benefit programs that serve both employers and their employees.
Kevin specializes in Employee Benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental coverage. He works with organizations of all sizes, with a particular focus on restaurant franchises, manufacturing companies, and professional service firms. But his true passion isn’t selling benefits, it’s helping business owners find solutions to challenges they often believe can’t be solved.
What drives Kevin every day is giving leaders hope. He loves showing clients that their employee benefits program can be much more than an expense, it can become a strategic tool that supports their employees, strengthens their culture, and helps achieve long-term business goals. His philosophy is centered on educating, engaging, and equipping employees so they truly understand and maximize the benefits available to them.
