🌟 Agent Spotlight: Jake 🌟
Meet Jake, one of our aviation-focused agents at CS&A Insurance. Before joining the team, Jake attended the University of Tennessee, earning a business degree while simultaneously pursuing his pilot certificates and ratings. Along the way, he also played baseball at King University, which led him into coaching and hitting instruction, experiences that shaped his teamwork mindset and attention to detail.
Jake specializes in owner-flown aircraft, a niche within aviation insurance that comes with unique requirements and restrictions for pilots. He’s passionate about advocating for his clients, working diligently to secure the best possible terms so they can stay focused on what matters most.
What Jake enjoys most is going beyond the policy. He loves helping clients extend their aviation businesses and connections, recognizing that aviation is a tight-knit community and far more than just the aircraft itself. Whether it’s making introductions, offering guidance, or pointing someone in the right direction, Jake is always eager to support his clients in all aspects of their aviation journey.
Outside of work, Jake is a devoted sports fan. If the Tennessee Volunteers are playing, there’s a good chance you’ll find him in the stands or cheering them on.
