🌟 Agent Spotlight: Christi McDonald 🌟
Meet Christi McDonald, one of our Aviation Insurance Agents at CS&A Insurance. Since joining the team just days after graduating college, Christi has built a career centered on serving others, earning trust, and helping clients navigate the unique world of aviation insurance.
Christi specializes in managed aircraft, fleet policies, owner-flown aircraft, and flight school insurance. But for her, the work goes far beyond placing policies. She loves helping clients understand their coverage so they can move forward with confidence, knowing they have someone in their corner.
Her philosophy is simple, be more than an insurance agent. Christi strives to be a trusted advisor her clients can count on, someone who’s just a phone call away and always ready to advocate for them when they need it most. Building lasting relationships and giving clients peace of mind is what drives her every day.
Outside of the office, Christi enjoys staying connected to the aviation community by volunteering with aviation organizations and supporting the industry she’s passionate about. When she’s not talking airplanes, you’ll likely find her cheering on a baseball or softball game, traveling to Atlanta to watch the Braves, relaxing with a good book at the beach, or doing what she loves most, spending time with family, cooking big meals, and taking care of the people around her.
It’s that servant’s heart that defines Christi both personally and professionally. Whether she’s helping a client navigate a complex policy or preparing a meal for loved ones, she brings the same care, dedication, and genuine desire to make others feel supported.
