We had to Fix the pitfalls in communication, Fix the misguided information mortgage bankers were giving from the lack of attention and time they did not have with clients. Fix the customer service level and take it to a new level during and after the transaction. To accomplish this, we had to take the so-called process of a mortgage and

turn it into an experience. We have fine tuned everything we do for communication excellence and speed. That way we can spend more time with our clients and their concerns.
