Most people say they want financial freedom…

Here’s the simplest way to figure it out:

Take the annual income you want
→ Multiply it by 25

That’s your number.

Example:
$100K/year → $2.5M invested

Why?

Because of the 4% rule.

Before you come at me… hear me out.

84% of homebuyers say their biggest concern is affordability
(Not price.)

That means → interest rate + monthly payment.

So why is everyone still negotiating price like that’s the main lever?

Just had a client:
Builder wanted to drop the price $100K ❌

We said hold up…
Give us a credit instead ✅

Result:
$7,000/month → $4,900/month (Year 1)
$5,600/month (Year 2)
Then locked into a 30-year fixed with options to refinance.

Same deal.
Way better payment.

“Is a real estate crash coming?”

Here’s the reality:
Prices are driven by one thing — supply and demand.

And right now?
We still have a supply problem.

We can’t just build millions of homes overnight.
That doesn’t change quickly.

The only thing that can shift the market is demand.

And despite higher rates…
demand hasn’t disappeared.

Unless we see a real recession with major job loss,
the data just doesn’t support a crash.

So while people sit on the sidelines waiting…

Prices keep moving.

The longer you wait,
the more expensive it gets to play the game.

How to set up an LLC in 60 seconds ⏱️
