Thinking about buying a new construction home?

Slow down before you sign.

In large developments, builders sometimes raise prices as more homes sell. That can create appraisal risk.

If the appraisal comes in low, you may be responsible for the difference.

And if the neighborhood is still building hundreds of homes, you may compete with the builder when you sell later.

New construction can be a smart move.

It needs to be reviewed first.
