From my current customers and the inquiries that I’ve received, reason number 4 is the main reason why people are refinancing in today’s market. Americans are capitalizing and leveraging their home’s all time high values to combat against inflation and their increasing debt by consolidating it or using it for investment or home renovations. Despite the increasing rates, people are benefiting financially by essentially using their home as bank and borrowing against it’s value. Which reason would be the reason that you would refinance?💚💚💚
