Looking back on the eight deals I locked in last week, I realized all of them were cash out refinances, except for a rate and term for an investment property. Many of my customers are leveraging the equity in their home to fight inflation, invest their equity, and/or consolidate all their debt that has variable interest rates. As mortgage rates rise, so do all other variable rates: credit cards, most HELOCS, and adjustable rate mortgages. The Feds announced that there will be six more rate spikes after the first one this month. I’m more than happy to help review your financial situation before the next rate spikes hit. 💚💚💚
