7 Marathons. 7 Days. 7 Continents. One Bigger Purpose 🏃🌎💧
Next month, Pete is taking on his biggest running challenge yet: The Great World Race.
From November 15-21, he’ll run 183 miles across all seven continents in just seven days — starting in Antarctica and finishing in Miami. Pete will be the first person from Williamson County to take on the Great World Race, and fewer than five people worldwide in his age group have completed the challenge.
But this journey is about much more than finish lines...
Pete knows just how much clean water he’ll depend on to complete these 183 miles — something millions of people around the world still live without. So, he’s decided to give the pain a purpose by raising $50,000 for charity: water to help bring clean and safe drinking water to communities in need.
And he’s putting his own money behind every mile: Pete will personally match $100 for each of the 183 miles he runs, up to $18,300.
183 miles. One mission. Clean water.
Running to share God’s love through the gift of clean water.
There are several ways you can be part of Pete’s journey: donate, follow along, or simply share this post to help us spread the word. Every gift and every share helps carry the mission a little farther. 💛
