Holly was professional, knowledgeable, patient and always courteous throughout this process. For a layman it can be grueling, but she made it tolerable. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend Holly for any mortgage needs.

I was very hesitant when I first started taking steps to refinance my house. I had previously had a bad experience with another loan specialist but wanted to give First Bank another try. From the get go Holly was so sweet and professional. She walked me through the process and was very thorough and always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. She kept me up to date on where we were in the process at all times. Even after we closed if I had questions she was always there to answer them
