If you guessed B was the lie, you’re right! There’s a ton of misconceptions about VA loans and one of the biggest ones I hear is that veterans think they can only use the VA loan once.

The VA loan can be used over and over again for purchases and refinances. If you’re a veteran, don’t miss out on the benefit you’ve earned - a VA loan is the best loan for you 99% of the time and you should be using it.

Did you know condos typically have higher rates on conventional loans than single family homes? Aside from usually having higher HOA dues as well, their rates can be higher. Be sure if you’re shopping between both single family homes and condos that you make sure to run numbers on both scenarios with your mortgage broker. FHA loans do not usually have this difference in pricing, however they are much more strict about the HOA being approved by FHA.
