Today was great because we helped another client finish the final steps to build their first home. This one took some planning and ex*****on by our credit department at LFCU, and by the borrower trusting the process we laid out.

They came to us wanting to build but their profile didn’t fit to do a construction loan. We laid out a process to increase their credit scores and worked together to find a budget that they would qualify for. The customer followed the steps and today closed using our one-time close construction loan to start building their dream home.
