Sundays = Setup Day 🎯

Pulled up to the job site today to get ahead of the week. Met a couple of the team at Home Depot and got materials delivered to the East Side Detroit project.

Because Mondays? That’s where most time gets LOST—supply runs, delays, back and forth.

Not this week.

Crew hits the site at 7AM with everything ready.
No excuses. No wasted time. Just work.

These will support two 8-unit buildings and a 20-unit rehab.
Must be licensed and insured and focused on your trade — not an “I do everything” contractor.

🏡 Project Update — Kitchen + Lower Level Bathroom Layout Complete!

That empty corner you see? That used to be a bathroom — we converted it into a pantry so this family gets way more storage without sacrificing flow. This kitchen is shaping up to be a space where there’s room to cook, move, and enjoy real family time together.

Now that the schedule is solid… it’s go-time! 💪🏽

A lot of people ask how I track my projects, so here’s how I break it down:

TD = Total Days
WD = Work Days

Right now we’re at TD 14, WD 5.
Meaning:
🔹 It’s been 14 days since closing
🔹 My crew has been on-site working for 5 days

When a home still has people living in it pre-close, I don’t get full access until the deal officially closes — so the first few days are all planning, meetings, walkthroughs, and coordinating.

As part of my process:
1️⃣ Planned demo gets completed first
2️⃣ Then we reassess the SOW
3️⃣ Tighten the budget
4️⃣ Confirm all final numbers and move into ex*****on

This one is moving exactly how it should. More updates coming soon!
