Last week, Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) joined the Housing Development Alliance, community leaders, partners, and residents at the Chestnut Ridge High-Ground Development in Knott County to celebrate a major step forward for affordable housing in Kentucky.

Representing KHC at the event, Keli Reynolds shared:

"Kentucky Housing Corporation is so happy to be a part of a project like Chestnut Ridge. Partners spent countless hours planning this project, so to see it complete the first phase and to see families in the homes is a beautiful outcome to a gigantic vision. This is tangible proof that partnerships with private and public funds build amazing results."

Chestnut Ridge shows what can happen when people work together toward a common goal. By creating more affordable housing opportunities for Kentucky families, projects like this are helping improve communities and frame Kentucky’s future for generations to come.
