Read your notes after your appointments, these matter! That can affect you later when you need a supplement policy and/or life insurance. Gentlemans’ wife was tired of cutting his toenails for him, so he goes to a podiatrist to get it done. Doctor puts in his chart that he has diabetic neuropathy in his feet so that the insurance would pay for it. He’s not even diabetic!! Only way to get it changed is to go through a legal battle for malpractice.

You’ve been outside all summer playing sports, cheerleading, or swimming in the pool. Elevance Health is the parent company of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, which will serve as the provider for customers of IU Health Plans after the deal closes. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of the year.
