Today, much of the road remains drivable, with historic landmarks, local businesses, and preserved sites keeping its legacy alive for new generations.

Founded right here in 1964 to serve local brewery and mill workers, FCU has always been rooted in this community. And they’ve never lost that.
Today, they continue to show up in a big way
supporting local organizations, investing back into the community, and helping make events like WEB possible.
They also play a huge role behind the scenes by donating the space at Uptown North Main for our annual beer competition and graciously welcoming us back year after year. That’s become a tradition of its own, and it doesn’t happen without them.
