Tonight I, Joann & Karen dined at the Crimson House in Pottsville. The food and service were excellent! The burger I ate with bacon jam was amazing. Joann loved her Crab Cake Sandwich with slaw and homemade pickles.....and Karen had a great meal with her carnitas tacos!!
Dessert——peanut butter chocolate something....worth getting every time.

John Challenger was kind enough to spend time with us and give us a tour of some spaces they’ve renovated......it’s just Beautiful and we look forward to seeing the progress—-soon. Thanks John! See you soon.

I am extremely proud of my staff----Joann and Karen. They've successfully completed the first of many training programs that will help them better assist our growing group of business clients. We've all become better because of this 6 week program. Simple things like Listening better, and purposely making time for doing critical work for customers---it sounds so easy when you talk about it. But it requires constant practice and attention. There are SO MANY DAILY DISTRACTIONS. This program reminded us how to get on track, and stay on track.
Thanks to Roma Pizza for the great Lunch (as usual). And to Rich Ryon of the Insurance Agency Alliance for getting us into this fabulous program.
