Fascinating, a shame this is even an option to be considered, however medical costs in our country are through the roof and if your employer is willing to participate in this kind of insurance benefit, seems pretty reasonable to me.

This is very VALUABLE MEDICARE INFORMATION if you continue working after age 65. I often find my clients in this situation and not sure what to do when they continue to work or what to do when they are getting to leave the workplace anytime after they turned 65.
