It is incredibly devastating to share that one of my clients, who purchased her very first home in December 2022, has experienced a catastrophic and total loss by fire. She and her partner lost their chihuahua in the fire.

While she begins to navigate through the recovery phase, I ask that anyone who reads this message to please pray for Andrea’s healing, recovery, and resilience. The next several months will be very difficult.

Andrea’s sister has organized a GoFundMe and I ask anyone seeing this post to please like and share, and please reach into your hearts if you have the means and convey donations of any size to help Andrea with her recovery.

I will help my client and friend with all the means at my disposal to navigate the insurance process, secure temporary lodging, and provide Andrea with other assistance. There are losses in her circumstances that will not be covered through insurance, and the financial hardship of this situation is the last thing that anyone should be faced with after losing their residence and their pet.
