Policyholders: please remember to contact the agency to update your roof year and material after it is replaced. Updating your roof information will streamline the claim process if you incur damage, and can sometimes provide premium discounts on your policy.

When replacing your roof, consider a hail-resistive metal shingle roof. The upfront cost of a metal shingle roof is higher than other options, but will save you money in the long run. Hail-resistive metal shingles are more durable, have a much longer life than asphalt shingles, and are not susceptible to cosmetic damage like a standing seam metal roof.
