The Whitford Agency with Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and driven Part-Time Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This is a commission-only opportunity ideal for licensed professionals or individuals looking to generate supplemental income with flexibility.

Position Highlights

• Remote, flexible schedule

• Commission-based earnings with monthly bonus opportunities

• Opportunity to transition to full-time within 6 months (based on performance)

• Access to monthly networking events to grow your personal brand and business

• Ongoing training and support provided

Requirements

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sales mindset

• Willingness to build and maintain client relationships

• Ability to work independently and stay accountable

Additional Details

• Required to attend a weekly in-office check-in and training session (4 hours)

• Training takes place at our district office in Grapevine

• License fee reimbursement available within 90 days of hire if the producer reaches a $25,000 production goal
