Last night I had the opportunity to attend the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Business Pitch Competition.
What stood out to me wasn’t just the businesses being presented, but the stories behind why they started.
Each finalist had a different reason for building their business. Some were honoring loved ones, some were helping other businesses grow, some were creating stronger connections with family, and others were focused on improving health, workplace culture, or the overall community around them.
Hearing the passion behind each idea was a great reminder that behind every business is a person with a story, a purpose, and a reason they decided to take the risk of building something.
Congratulations to all the finalists:
• Muro’s Auto Body Shop
• Bright Side Builder
• Smith Sweet Infinity Candles
• Weekend Will
• Creative Spark
• Fuel & Flow
Thank you to the Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for creating opportunities like this for local entrepreneurs to share their vision, gain exposure, and connect with the community.
Events like this highlight the incredible amount of talent, creativity, and ambition that exists right here in DFW.
