Three "Critically" important pieces of information can all be located on one invaluable and often little known web site. "Netro Real Property Records". Click on State property is located> Click on County in which the property is located>.... Then you can verify/obtain: 1.) Tax Appraised Value of home, 2.) Real Estate Deed Records through the County Clerk. And 3.) the most important! Verify if the taxes have been paid and review prior years Tax History.
