Crown Collision Eagle Mountain's second SBA 7(a) loan closed 2 weeks ago. The company is located at 6400 Boat Club Rd. in Fort Worth. I assisted the company in getting a large working capital loan and conventional line of credit to expand company operations. I initially helped the owner get a SBA 7(a) loan in 2007 to acquire the business. The company's sales have grown by leaps and bounds since that time. Right now, I'm helping the company secure a third SBA 7(a) loan to purchase a 8,025 sq. ft. commercial building. The loan features 100% financing, including all closing costs and fees. Zero money out of pocket.

I went by Galligaskins Submarines Restaurant & Catering to enjoy my favorite breakfast burritos. They taste so good, sometimes I feel like eating a dozen of them. I'm helping the company develop a business plan and secure financing for a major expansion that includes real estate. The lender has already preapproved the loan amount. This will be the fifth loan that I've assisted the restaurant with since 2003. The other loans helped the company expand its catering operation and become one the top 5 caterers in Tarrant County.

Hofer Builders, Inc. has almost completed construction of their retail building located in Saginaw, Texas. While visiting the property, I noticed the high quality of the parking lot and building materials. This is an impressive Class A building. I'm already working on financing for a second property and a possible third location. I am able to get the lowest interest rate possible for this high quality builder.

I attended the 8th Annual National Association of Commercial Loan Brokers Conference in Las Vegas from November 1 - 4 2022. I met several new lenders, learned loan brokering trends, and networked with other loan brokers. It was great. I had a lot of fun meeting the other loan brokers and new lenders. I especially enjoyed having drinks at Caesars Palace Rooftop Bar. I can't wait to go again this year.

I stopped by JD Rodriguez Produce, Inc. the other day to follow up on a loan proposal I had submitted to them prior to the pandemic to expand their operations by purchasing a 10,000 sq. ft. refrigerated building. They specialize in buying wholesale and distributing fresh fruits and vegetables to food chains, restaurants, and produce retailers throughout North Texas. The company, which is almost 50 years old, is located at 510 S. Good Latimer in Dallas.
