So… what’s it actually like to work here? 👀

Some days we’re taking care of customers.

Some days we’re out in the community.

Some days apparently involve turkey hats. 🦃😂

And somewhere in between, there are team lunches, celebrations, kids stopping by the office, community events, plenty of laughter… and yes, we actually get some work done too. 😉

Yesterday we shared that our team is growing.

But a job posting can only tell you so much about the people you’ll spend your days with.

So, this is us. ❤️

We work hard. We take care of people. We show up for our community. We celebrate each other. And we genuinely enjoy doing it together.

Most people only see the finished event.

They see the tables set up, the smiling faces, and families walking away with what they need.

What they don’t always see is everything that happens before the doors ever open.

Hundreds of bags…
Hundreds of school supplies…
Lots of planning…
And a team that’s willing to jump in wherever they’re needed.

Watching everyone come together for our Back-to-School Supply Giveaway reminded me why I’m so thankful for this team.

No one asked, “Whose job is this?”

Everyone just pitched in.

That’s the kind of culture we’ve worked hard to build at Linda Allen State Farm.

One where we support our community the same way we support each other.

And honestly… I wouldn’t trade this team for anything. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible. Seeing our community come together made every minute worth it.

Sometimes you do something simply because it’s the right thing to do… and then your community reminds you why it matters. ❤️

After we shared our Back-to-School Starter Kit Giveaway, we watched this community come together in a way that meant more than we expected.

Neighbors shared the post.
Families spread the word.
People stopped by just to show their support.

That’s the thing about Fort Worth — when something matters, people show up.

We are so grateful to be part of a community that continues to support one another and look out for each other.

And tomorrow… we get to share one more reason we’re thankful for this city.

A few weeks ago, this was our office. ❤️

Before a single family arrived…

Before the tents went up…

Before the first starter kit was handed out…

Our team was gathered around a table with one goal: help as many kids as we could start the school year with the essentials they needed.

One folder.
One notebook.
One pack of pencils.
One glue stick.
One bag at a time.

By the time we were finished, we had packed nearly 400 Back-to-School Starter Kits for local families right here in our community.

A few days later, almost all of those bags found a new home.

We know how stressful back-to-school season can be for parents, and if we helped make that first day just a little easier for even one family, every minute was worth it.

To everyone who stopped by, shared our posts, or encouraged this event along the way—thank you. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve this community and honored to call Fort Worth home.
