We’ve welcomed two new faces to the Linda Allen State Farm team recently, our Office Manager is currently growing a future team member, and somehow… we’re STILL hiring!

Turns out team building looks a little different when Mahjong is involved! 🀄️

Our team got together for an afternoon of learning something new, a little friendly competition, and plenty of laughs along the way. Everyone learned how to play Mahjong — and we may have found a few new favorite players in the process. 😉

We love getting the chance to step away from the office, spend time together, and have some fun as a team. ❤️

What a great way to spend a Saturday! ❤️

Our Linda Allen State Farm team had such a great time at the 16th Annual Dreaming the Cure Car, Truck & Bike Show, benefiting Cook Children’s!

We loved getting out into the community, meeting so many of you, handing out some State Farm goodies, and seeing some seriously incredible cars along the way. 🚗✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, the clubs who helped make the event happen, and everyone who supported such an important cause. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to show up for our Fort Worth community!

Sammy recently helped one of our customers with their policies, and this is what showed up at the office as a thank-you.

The coffee is amazing, but knowing someone felt this cared for means even more.

So… what’s it actually like to work here? 👀

Some days we’re taking care of customers.

Some days we’re out in the community.

Some days apparently involve turkey hats. 🦃😂

And somewhere in between, there are team lunches, celebrations, kids stopping by the office, community events, plenty of laughter… and yes, we actually get some work done too. 😉

Yesterday we shared that our team is growing.

But a job posting can only tell you so much about the people you’ll spend your days with.

So, this is us. ❤️

We work hard. We take care of people. We show up for our community. We celebrate each other. And we genuinely enjoy doing it together.
