Open enrollment may be when employees make their benefit elections, but it should not be the only time they hear about what is available to them.

A quick reminder about where to find an ID card. A note about telehealth or preventive care. A simple explanation of a benefit employees may have overlooked. Those small touchpoints can make benefits easier to understand and more useful when employees actually need them.

A few good times to review your policy:
