Rogers Wealth Group

Rogers Wealth Group We strive to make a tremendous difference in the lives of our clients by helping them make smart decisions with their money. Craig C. That’s what we do.

Our fee-only RIA was established in late 1994 by Dale C. Rogers, then the only Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and now chairman and CEO, and has grown to six IARs today! Rogers is currently president and COO of the group, which now provides collaborative Wealth Management services for affluent clients and complete investment services for retirement plans (both qualified and non-qualified),

trusts, endowments and institutions. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, with clients from Alaska to New Jersey, we would love to explore whether a relationship makes sense and whether we could make a significant impact on your financial life. Consulting:
Our consulting services are available to help plan sponsors with a wide variety of plan-related issues. Our consultants will assist you with each stage of your plan’s life, from the initial design of a new plan through the conversion process from one service provider to another and, if necessary, through plan termination. Our team has the knowledge and expertise to meet your business needs while providing key services. We take a collaborative approach that begins with plan design and implementation and continues by monitoring your plan’s performance against your initial and changing objectives. Our consultants have the knowledge, experience and expertise to address and resolve whatever IRS or DOL issues arise regarding sponsors’ qualified plans

Plan Design:
Is your retirement plan designed to fit your needs and goals? Or do you have a “plan in a box” designed to make things easier on your third-party administrator? At Rogers Wealth Group, we take plan design seriously. Your Plan Document should be designed around your needs, not ours. If you are setting up a new plan, we will meet with you to discuss your situation. Then we can recommend plan provisions that will work best for you. If you have already adopted a plan, we will meet with you to determine if there are ways to amend the plan to make it work better for you. Either way, our goal is to create a custom-designed Plan Document that fits your company like a glove. Administration:
Our goal is to do everything but sign your name. When we say everything but sign your name, we mean it, and we do it with clear, consistent thinking. Since 1973 we have offered exceptional expertise on all plan issues in addition to a dedication to service and quality. If you are not sure your current administration has been done properly, we will look it over at no charge. Plan administration requires dedication to detail and accuracy. As part of our fee, we will do everything from determining eligibility to handling IRS/DOL issues. We take the burden off your shoulders by providing a variety of services, including the following:
•Timely Statements
•Required Participant Notices
•Required Amendments
•Form 5500 and All Necessary Schedules
•Distribution Paperwork
•Form 1099-R and 945
•Nondiscrimination Testing
•Plan Audits

Institutional Investing:
Welcome to a world of discipline. In addition to its comprehensive Wealth Management services, Rogers Wealth Group serves as investment manager for a wide range of institutional clients in a variety of categories, including the following:
•Defined Benefit Plans
•Defined Contribution Plans
•Employee Stock Ownership Plans
•Non-Qualified Plans
•Foundations
•Endowments
•Corporate and Personal Trust Accounts

In each of the above cases, investment strategies are designed to meet a firm’s specific institutional needs. Tax-advantaged trading is even included for accounts that require a higher degree of attention. As with any Rogers Wealth Group investment strategy, our goal is to increase returns through selective risk targeting and advanced portfolio design. Past performance may not be indicative of future results. Therefore, no current or prospective client should assume that the future performance of any specific investment, investment strategy (including the investments and/or investment strategies recommended), or product made reference to directly or indirectly on this website, or indirectly via link to any unaffiliated third-party website, will be profitable or equal to corresponding indicated performance levels.

Most financial habits aren’t built intentionally.

They’re built gradually, as income grows and life gets busier.

Spending adjusts. Priorities shift. Decisions get made without much time to think them through.

At first, it doesn’t feel like it matters.

But over time, those patterns tend to stick. What starts small tends to carry forward.

Summer tends to fill up fast.

Travel plans, family visits, long weekends away. Before the calendar gets crowded, it can be worth taking a quick look at a few financial items that are easy to overlook during busy seasons.

A mid-year check-in on things like your portfolio, tax planning, and estate details can keep everything current while it’s still fresh in your mind.

Then when summer actually arrives, you’re not thinking about paperwork you meant to revisit months ago.

When everything is working behind the scenes the way it should, you notice it less.

Decisions feel clearer. Timing feels more intentional. There’s less second guessing.

That’s what it means for things to run smoothly.

A tax refund can feel like extra money, but how you use it can have a lasting impact.

Whether it’s strengthening your long-term plan, setting aside funds for future healthcare needs, or giving with intention, each choice is an opportunity to be more deliberate.

It’s less about where it goes, and more about how it fits into the bigger picture.

Left unassigned, it tends to disappear. Used intentionally, it can support priorities that often get pushed aside.

If you’re not sure where it fits, that’s a good place to start a conversation.

If you’ve ever played golf, you know it’s not about one perfect shot.

It’s about consistency over time. Small adjustments. Staying focused even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

Financial planning works the same way.

It’s not built on big, one-time decisions. It’s built on discipline, patience, and a strategy you can stick with through different conditions.

Most people don’t reach out until something changes.

A new job. A major purchase. A shift they didn’t expect.

And by then, it often feels urgent.

We’re always here in those moments, but the real value comes from the conversations before they happen.

Staying in touch means fewer surprises and more clarity when decisions matter most.

We’ve found that many people feel prepared for retirement, until they start thinking through how it will actually work.

When income begins, how it’s taxed, and how long it needs to last are not always straightforward.

If these are questions you’ve been meaning to revisit, it may be worth taking a closer look.
