Remote Insurance Agent (Property & Casualty, Life, Commercial)
$30,000 to $100,000 Annually (salary plus commission)
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team! You must be an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.
In this role, regular duties and tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Generate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments.
• Identify client needs, and market appropriate products.
• Close the sale with current prospective customers.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Provide customer support in a friendly, prompt, and accurate manner.
• Network and build business referral relationships.
• Input quotes and policy renewals for customers.
• Coordinate with lenders and mortgage companies.
• Ensure new and existing client data is up to date.
• Work Remotely
Qualifications:
Texas Resident (Required)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Nowcerts a plus)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or other related fields (Independent Insurance Experience Is a Plus)
General Lines Property and Casualty license with the Texas Department of Insurance (Required)
General Lines Life, Accident, Health, and HMO license with the Texas Department of Insurance (Preferred)
Bilingual-Spanish (Preferred)
