Just took a phone call on this one asking if I can help flip his denied claim from last year.
Unfortunately, sale of the house is as set for closing in 6 days.
Homeowner, realtors, contractors PLEASE do not walk away from wrongfully denied claim.
This poor homeowner had to pay out of pocket for his roof because nobody informed him he could dispute his denied claim with a public adjuster. So sad.

Secret to winning 98% of your claims - go look at the property before signing it up;
make sure the claim is actually owed by the policy.
